We also collect anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and the website that referred you, through analytics tools. This helps us improve the website and understand which marketing works.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our business, including website hosting and file storage (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and analytics (Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service.

Files you upload

Plans and photos you upload are stored with our file storage provider under randomly generated, unguessable links that are sent only to our team. We delete them when they are no longer needed for your project.

Cookies and analytics

Our analytics tools may set cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to request a quote.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
